A porn star will have sex with 1000 men in one day — here are the health risks that’ll come with the world record

A porn star who recruited 1,000 people to take part in her world record attempt to sleep with the most men in 24 hours has raised health concerns.

British adult entertainer Lily Phillips has recently begun taking applications for the “Record-Breaking Show of the Year”, which is currently scheduled to take place in January.

The current record holder is Lisa Sparks, an adult film star 919 men were put to sleep in one day At a sex industry event in Poland in 2004.

At the time, Sparks reportedly said that she “had a blast but was in pain for a week after”.

However, 23-year-old Phillips has announced that he has been “in training” for several months to be physically ready for the challenge.

So what physical effect will sexual intercourse lasting for a total of 24 hours have on the body?

sydney medical officerDr. Zack Turner, an expert in preventive health and wellness, warned that when “pushed to extremes,” such activity can have negative effects on the body.

“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that affects various muscles, the cardiovascular system and the release of endorphins,” he told news.com.au.

“Done in moderation, it’s like a rewarding workout – relieving stress, promoting heart health and emotional connection.

“However, when pushed to extremes such as a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological harm can be severe.”

Common problems that can arise from repetitive sexual activity can include bruising, skin tears, and general pain.

“Think of it like running a marathon with no prior training; Overuse is almost guaranteed to result in injuries, dehydration and extreme exhaustion,” Dr. Zack added.

“The previous record holder Lisa Sparks herself admitted that she was in pain for a week after her attempt – a clear sign of extreme stress.”

As part of her self-described physical training, Phillips is having large amounts of sex and is slowly increasing the number.

“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks, it’s like a boxing match,” she told. reality check Recent Podcast.

“I think I’ll be sore until the end, but I think I have the right determination to be able to move forward.”

However, during a recent training session, Phillips admitted that he found it “hard work”.

“It is much harder to relate to 101 people in 14 hours than it is to relate to 9 to 5 people,” he claimed.

“If you talk about a day’s work, like going to the office, it’s a lot more difficult to sleep with 101 men.”

Despite the known health benefits of consensual sex, Dr Zack warned that these would wear off if the act continued for more than 24 hours.

“Orgasm offers many benefits, including improved cardiovascular health through moderate physical activity, stress relief through the release of oxytocin and endorphins, and increased intimacy and emotional connection with partners,” he said.

“However, in such an extreme scenario, the risks outweigh the benefits.

“Fatigue reduces the pleasurable aspects, and constant physical exertion changes from beneficial to harmful. Although this may be a cardiovascular workout, it is likely to end up with more harm than good.

Dr. Zack stressed that other health factors that play a role include a higher risk of transmitting sexually transmitted diseases as well as psychological effects.

“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks, it’s like a boxing match,” she recently told The Reality Check podcast. Instagram/@lilyphillip_s

“From a medical perspective, it is essential to respect bodily autonomy and the right of individuals to make choices about their own bodies,” he said.

“However, such extreme efforts raise questions about intent, emotional well-being, and potential coercion.

“Social media has exaggerated these events, often prioritizing shock value over actual health or personal growth.”

Phillips has been vocal about the practicalities of organizing such a feat reality check He had a PA to organize the scheduling of the podcast program as well as hire security.

“The plan is to get a room with two doors. The logistics of it are crazy,” he said.

“People who want to participate have to send in a photo of themselves with their ID, and my PA basically has to arrange them in a time slot of the hour.”

He continued by saying that finding the number of participants to break the current record was “quite difficult”, but added that completing the task within the “time limit” was also another complication.

“I’m just expecting a conveyor belt, they have to walk into the room and then walk away,” she said.

Reaction to the plans, for which she is now actively recruiting men, has been strong – with many shocked by the stunt.

“Everyone gets 41.6 seconds to do it in 24 hours,” one commented.

Another commented, “I’m tired just thinking about it.”

As many others said it was “disgusting” and “sad”.

Others commented on the sheer number of sex workers going viral with these stunts in recent months, such as Gold Coast-based Annie Knight and OnlyFans star Bonnie Blue, who witnessed them Australian visa canceled due to “barely legal” school antics with 18-year-olds,

“Why, why, why have we normalized this crazy behavior?” One asked a question.

“I think there’s a bigger problem than logistics,” argued another.

Sparks, better known by her vulgar name Lisa Sparxxx, sparked controversy with her world record when the Polish government became aware of the incident and threatened to arrest anyone involved.

“To be completely transparent with all of you; This incident is something I regret to this day in 23+ years in the porn industry. It was the only thing I agreed to do just for the money,” she wrote on her website.

She also revealed that she was “so bored” during the stunt that she ordered maca.
