A 3-year-old fluffball has caused the internet to go into a frenzy over her remarkable resemblance to actor Will Ferrell.
Peaches the poochon (a mix between a poodle and bichon frise) was dubbed “Will Furrell” for her serious face, human eyes, thick straight brows, and mop of curly blonde fur.
Owners Daisy Goord, 28, and Ben Strudwick, 29, have been posting videos of Peaches since they got her and never noticed the uncanny resemblance to the “Anchorman” star until TikTok users spammed them with comments.
“Oh dear god, it’s the spitting image!” one user wrote.
“I was not prepared for the accuracy,” another commented.
“That dog looks more like Will Ferrell than Will Ferrell,” someone joked.
Goord, who is based in the U.K., was shocked by the canine lookalike comments when she posted the clip of her brushing Peaches’ belly.
“The Will Ferrell comments started coming in thick and fast as soon as we posted the video,” she told SWNS. “We realized it wasn’t just one persons opinion, but thousands saw the resemblance instantly.
“People find it hilarious and want us to get her an elf costume as soon as possible!”
However, others are not convinced by the internet’s assessment.
“Nah that dog is Chad Smith,” one dissenter said, referring to the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” drummer.
Looks more like Napoleon Dynamite,” another said.
