1. Ek Villain Returns
The success of Ek Villain (2014) led to a sequel, however, the actor-director duo of Sidharth Malhotra and Mohit Suri parted ways due to creative differences, according to a Times of India report. The makers then roped in John Abraham to headline Ek Villain Returns which received mixed reviews from critics. The sequel also featured Disha Patani, Arjun Kapoor, and Tara Sutaria in pivotal roles.
2. Thadam remake (Gumraah)
