A horrified 24-year-old man shared the horrifying story on Reddit of how he found his roommate sleeping under his bed.

While he processed this awkward situation inside the 24-hour Dunkin’ Donuts, Carl sent back-to-back text messages apologizing for his behavior.
But no amount of apology could make her feel comfortable with her former roommate again, so she waited for Carl to leave for work before returning to the apartment to collect her things.
He had one month left on his lease and had no intentions of renewing, so he stayed at his friend’s house to avoid this awkward conversation.
What seemed to him like a “lucid dream” escalated when word of the scenario reached his friends, who saw Carl’s actions as “inappropriate” but believed that his former roommate His apology should have been accepted.
