A lucky North Carolina woman won nearly $350,000 on a lottery ticket this week — her second six-figure prize in less than a year.
Kathy Noe won the $346,088 jackpot on a $1 Cash 5 ticket she purchased at the Sea Company Mini Mart on U.S. 70 in her hometown of Newport, about 90 miles north of Wilmington.
All five numbers on his ticket matched in the Aug. 29 draw, winning the jackpot — 1 in 962,598. According to lottery officials,

After federal and state taxes, she took home $247,456 in cash.
Noe previously won the $100,000 jackpot.
Tuesday night, a Mega Millions ticket holder Staggering $800 million jackpot won after purchasing the ticket at a gas station outside Houston, Texas. The winner has not been publicly revealed.
