A male model who appeared in the pages of Vogue and in advertisements for Calvin Klein and other big brands was arrested Monday in the fatal stabbing of a young father in the Bronx, police said.
According to the NYPD, 20-year-old Diana Saxon, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of murder and other crimes in connection with the killing of Kadeem Grant’s 35-year-old father.
Police said Grant’s bloodied body – with stab wounds to the chest, arms and legs – was found just after 2:20 a.m. Sunday inside the entrance of an apartment building at 384 Grand Concourse.
According to police, a knife was found near the victim’s body and a trail of blood was found on the front steps of the Mott Haven building.
Authorities pronounced Grant dead at the scene.

Saxon was taken into custody Monday and arrested in the 40th Precinct, police said.
Police told The Post that the alleged attacker was taken to a local hospital for evaluation for minor injuries and was expected to be monitored as of Tuesday evening.
Relatives of the victim remembered Grant as a selfless family man who cared for his daughter and her grandmother.
“He was just a sweet kid who was there for his family and his daughter. It’s very sad that he has to grow up without a father,” Grant’s father, Christopher Grant, told the Daily News.
“He took care of people, took care of his grandmother because most of us don’t there (in New York). Kadeem was a kid, you needed him and he was there for you,” the elder Grant said.

The model’s mother told the Daily News that her son was not a murderer.
“I don’t know what happened, but based on what I do know, I can tell you all that it’s not going to be as simple as you want to make it,” she said. “Dinus didn’t just decide to kill someone.”
The mother also told the outlet that Saxon said he did not remember the alleged stabbing.
“He doesn’t know what happened,” she said.
Grant is survived by a young daughter.
