Wendy Williams’ guardian claims the former talk show host’s health is seriously declining.

Morrissey’s legal team said the defendants “deliberately manipulated and provoked Williams to elicit strong emotional reactions and obtain embarrassing footage.”
In the filing, Morrissey’s attorneys requested the court redact aspects of Williams’ “health, family relationships and finances” that are outlined in the case to protect her privacy.
The defendants’ defense was also listed in the filing. He claimed that the case arose from Morrissey’s “misguided attempts to excuse his failure to protect his ward”.

In response, the defendants filed a counter-suit against Morrissey in the case, which is now being handled by federal court.
