Whenever we think of Yellowstone, if nothing else the name of John Dutton definitely comes to our mind. However, after giving amazing performances for four and a half seasons, Kevin Costner has decided to leave Yellowstone For good. This was a huge blow to fans of the show, but since the show is moving forward anyway, someone has to take over the lead role at Yellowstone Ranch. So, who will replace Kevin Costner in Yellowstone? Is this someone we already know? Let’s find out.
Michelle Pfeiffer may replace John Dutton in Yellowstone
according to a report By THR, Michelle Pfeiffer is set to replace John Dutton in the Yellowstone universe. A new series titled madison Michelle Pfeiffer will be seen in a leading role, similar to Kevin Costner’s John Dutton. Matthew McConaughey was also in talks to join the new series, but as of now, we don’t have any confirmation about his presence. As of now, we don’t have a release date for The Madison, but we’ll let you know if something comes out. As far as Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 is concerned, we are not sure who will replace John Dutton in the upcoming season.
There is no confirmed report of an actor replacing Kevin Costner as John Dutton for Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2As far as my opinion goes, I don’t think Taylor Sheridan would bring any replacement for Kevin Costner because it wouldn’t be acceptable to a large majority of people who are following Yellowstone religiously.
However, there are confirmed reports Josh Lucas is going to reprise his role as Young John Dutton For Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2. Since he appears to be the younger version of the character, we will see him in some flashback scenes. This will be the first time Josh will appear on Yellowstone since Season 3 so fans are pretty excited for that part. That being said, it’s still a mystery how Taylor Sheridan plans to write such an influential character, but I guess we’ll find out when the series releases on November 10, 2024.
