Yo Gotti’s brother Big Jook was m*rdered yesterday leaving a funeral in Memphis, Media Take Out has learned.
According to local reports, Big Jook attended the funeral and repast for CMG (Yo Gotti’s company) associate and family friend Eric Bovan. Social media reports say that Big Jook posted his location on social media, shortly before he was assassinated.
At least five police sources have confirmed to that Yo Gotti’s brother, Anthony “Big Jook” Mims, was k*lled in a shooting outside a Memphis restaurant Saturday afternoon.
Memphis Police (MPD) said that one man was *illed and another man was injured outside of Perignons Restaurant and Event Center on the 6300 block of Winchester Road.
One man was rushed to St. Francis Hospital, where he died, police said.
Police said that the other man arrived at St. Francis Hospital by private vehicle and was listed in critical condition.
Memphis has been hot for years, ever since Memphis rapper Young Dolph, a legend in the city, was k*lled. While police have never found out who was responsible for Dilph’s demise – the streets have long blamed Yo Gotti and his brother Big Jook for being behind the rapper’s assassination.
