Zomato-Owned Blinkit Launches Bistro: 10-Min Food Delivery Service – Trak.in


Zomato’s grocery division Blinkit entered the quick food delivery industry with the release of the Bistro app.

As of December 6, 2024, Bistro is available on the Google Play Store, and an iOS release is planned shortly.

According to the app’s Google Play description, Bistro uses “highly optimized processes” and “strategically located” cloud kitchens to meet its 10-minute delivery guarantee.

After Zomato Instant, its previous 10-minute delivery service, was shut down, Bistro is Zomato’s second attempt at fast food delivery, but Blinkit’s first.
