Aamir Khan has recently acquired a residential property in Bandra, Mumbai, which is approximately 1,027 sq ft in size and ready to move in. The property is located in Bella Vista Apartments, an upscale residential tower in Pali Hill, an affluent residential area in Bandra.

According to SquareYards.com, Aamir Khan — who has a net worth of Rs 1,862 core, according to Times of India — purchased this Pali Hill property for Rs 9.75 crore. The transfer deal was finalised on June 25, 2024, and the actor also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 58.5 lakh. According to Indian Express, Khan already owns 9 out of 24 units at Bella Vista Apartments. He also owns several units in the neighbouring Marina Apartments. Both buildings are slated for redevelopment.

Aamir Khan’s recent property purchase adds to his impressive real estate portfolio. Aside from the above-mentioned properties, the actor owns an apartment in Carter Road, Mumbai, a farmhouse in Panchgani, alongside several properties in Uttar Pradesh. According to DNA India, Khan also owns a luxurious mansion in Los Angeles, USA, which he purchased for Rs 75 crore.
Aamir Khan’s upcoming projects
Aamir Khan was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which underperformed at the box office. He also made a special appearance alongside Kajol in Salaam Venky. After a short acting sabbatical, Khan will next be seen in Sitaare Zameen Par alongside Genelia Deshmukh and his Taare Zameen Par co-star Darsheel Safary. The RS Prasanna directorial is slated for a Christmas 2025 release and will clash with Varun Dhawan’s Baby John.
Aamir Khan is bankrolling Lahore 1947 under his production house Aamir Khan Productions. Lahore 1947 stars Sunny Deol in the lead role, and is being helmed by Raj Kumar Santoshi. According to Times of India, Aamir Khan will be making a cameo in the upcoming film.
