1. Alice's hallucinations

Of the witches, Alice is the first to drink the wine and has a strong delusion about her mother, who is lost on the Witch's Road. Alice's mother talks about her backstory and also tells Alice about her grandmother's fate. Alice's mother tells her that she was stuck on the road and could feel her grandmother passing by miles away, losing her mind over the fact that she cannot help her. She also tells Alice that she is going to die soon and Alice has to take care of herself.

2. Lilia's hallucinations

Lilia's illusion was the most disturbing of all the witches. In her illusion, Lilia saw a young girl dressed in old-fashioned clothing asking her “Do you want to see it?”The girl takes Lilia to a dark room where two dead women are staring at her. Lilia is terrified by the sight and keeps repeating in Italian “she's dead, they're all dead”. This allusion might be a nod to Lilia's statement in episode 2 of Agatha All Along where she mentions being evicted by several towns. However, this is not confirmed so we will find out in the upcoming episodes how true this is.

3. Jennifer's Vision

Jennifer's vision was probably related to how her magic was tied up. In her delusions, she saw a priest constantly insulting her and trying to drown her in the sink. Later, she panicked and kept saying “He stole my magic!”The identity of this priest is not revealed to us in this episode, but we may see it in the future.

4. Agatha's Vision

If we compare the philosophies of these witches, Agatha's POV The darkest of them alluded to her sacrificing a child. In her vision, she saw a baby's crib and when she removed the cover, the baby was replaced by the Darkhold. Jennifer also mentioned that Agatha sold her child, Nicholas Scratch, to obtain the Darkhold which is depicted in this hallucination.

Did Sharon Davis have a dream before she died?

Although we are not shown her scene on screen, it is clear what she saw. Sharon kept repeating the same things over and over when she was hallucinating “Wanda? Wanda, I beg you. Please let him breathe.” This is a direct reference to WandaVision that could be contained in one of two scenes.

The first could be the premiere of WandaVision where Wanda is shown having dinner with Sharon and her husband under the identities of Mr. and Mrs. Hart. Sharon's husband starts asking Wanda a lot of questions and suddenly starts choking on his food. This was done by Wanda so that he doesn't ask too many questions and break his illusion.

Another point in WandaVision that could lead to this illusion can be found in episode 8 of WandaVision, where Wanda temporarily loses control over the people in the town and they turn on her. In a fit of rage, she accidentally starts strangling everyone with her magic.

That's all we know so far about witches' hallucinations.
