Navya Naveli Nanda reveals her most extravagant purchase:
At GQ’s Most Influential Young Indians of 2024, GQ India asked Navya Naveli Nanda about her most extravagant purchase and if was it worth it. Navya Naveli Nanda answered, “My most extravagant purchase… it’s gonna be paying for my MBA. I’m applying to do my MBA and I’m going to be paying for it myself. So I think that would probably be my most extravagant purchase till date.” Navya Naveli Nanda currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Technology and UX Design from Fordham University in New York, USA.
She further disclosed how she spent her first salary: “My first job, when I was in college, that was when I got my first salary, and I actually spent it on McDonald’s. (laughing)”
Meanwhile, in an interview with Times of India, Navya Naveli Nanda spoke candidly about turning into a businesswoman at 21 and how her family’s professions and achievements have influenced her as a young adult: “My upbringing has shaped who I am, like it does for everyone. When we talk about being an entrepreneur at 21, I owe a lot of that to the privilege and where I come from. A lot of opportunities that I got are because of my privileged background, and I hope in my own way and through my hard work, I can create those opportunities for myself one day.”
