The NYPD weren’t messing with a group of anti-Israel protesters who brought their children to demonstrate outside Senator Chuck Schumer’s Brooklyn home on Saturday.
About 60 people gathered in an “anger drama” outside Schumer’s Prospect Park West building, where they held up coloring pages about “Zionist thugs” and called on President-elect Donald Trump to deny funding to the Jewish state Was.
But the NYPD quickly dispersed the protesters and blocked the street because the protesters did not have permits.
Parents confronted officers, calling them “dictators” and shouting “KKK NYPD.”
One organizer told an officer, “I’ll sue you.”
Others chanted, “Schumer, Schumer you will see, Palestine will be free” and held signs reading, “Israel kills Palestinian children.”
One organizer claimed, “Chuck Schumer enables genocide.”
Schumer’s office did not immediately respond to inquiries from The Post.
A children’s activity book featuring a character created by Palestinian cartoonist Naji al-Ali was handed out between speeches on Saturday from organizers who declined to identify themselves.
“The homes of children like mine continue to be taken over by Zionist thugs,” it quotes the character Handala.
The workbook was created by the Palestinian Feminist Collective, one of the Radical organizations highlighted one in recent reports The network is by the Contagion Research Institute and the advocacy group New York City Public Schools Alliance.
The report highlights PFC’s alleged focus on resources linked to the US-designated terrorist organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
