The couple is renting a luxury three-bedroom apartment on College St in the same complex as Delta Goodrem, realestate.com.au reports.
The apartment last sold for $4.8 million in 2013 and was advertised as a rental for a whopping $4000 a week.
Goodrem bought a two-bedroom apartment in the complex in 2018, paying $4.825 million.
The complex contains 87 apartments with shared facilities including a 20-metre lap pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room, a 24-hour concierge and even wine storage facilities.
The apartments also have picturesque views of St Mary’s Cathedral and Sydney Harbour.
Coulter’s followers got a glimpse inside her new abode when she shared a picture recently showing her reclining on a custom-made couch inside the apartment.
“Officially on holidays! If anyone needs me, this is where I’ll be for the next two weeks … nestled into the comfiest couch in the history of the world!” she wrote.
In the picture, Coulter lies back on the cream-coloured couch with sun streaming in through the windows and the Sydney skyline making for a glamorous backdrop.
In a separate video, Coulter showed off her new couch, giving fans another look at the apartment decor.
The video reveals a tastefully furnished interior with plenty of candles, flowers and white furnishings.
“Home is really where I can switch off and relax and a lot of people say the heart of the home is the kitchen, but for me, it’s the couch!” she says, panning across to her new U-shaped sofa.
“I’m a real couch potato, we spend a lot of time on the couch in this house, so it is the most important piece of furniture in my eyes.
“We recently moved house and I wanted a custom couch to suit this amazing space.”
Fans loved the look of the couch — and the light-filled apartment.
“Beautiful place Ricki,” one fan said.
“What a view too!” noted another.
“Your new home looks amazing,” a third said.
Some followers freaked out that the singer had chosen a white couch — but the star revealed that there was a no eating or drinking on the couch policy — with one small exception.
“Looks super comfy but the fact that it’s WHITE gives me massive anxiety!!” one fan said.
“No red wine to be had on the couch Ricki-Lee! Just kidding. Enjoy,” said another.
“NO WAY! No red wine, no Doritos, no avocado, no dinner!!!,” Coulter responded.
“Potato chips only hahahhaha.”
“It’s white!!! Aaargh I would have an embolism every time someone picked up a glass!” a third fan remarked.
“Bloody gorgeous though.”
