A woman was afraid-tanning Experience with fake bronzer – and it made her look green.
Sarah Trent, a marketing director from Mississippi, had fake tanner applied to her face when she accidentally fell asleep, leaving it on her skin for more than eight hours, more than the recommended one.
Trent, 30, woke up in horror as she realized her face had turned a dark green color that wouldn’t wash off.
“I was like, Oh my God,” Trent told Caters. “I ran to the mirror, and I saw what he looked like. I was about to have a panic attack because I don’t normally see something like this.”
The marketing director, who lives in the city of Tupelo, filmed the unfortunate outcome before taking a shower and shared them on TikTok, where they quickly went viral.
“I wanted the memory of never sleeping with self-tanner again in the future!” He said.
Luckily, the tan eventually washed off, and her skin is now back to normal color.
“It rained for the most part,” he shared. “But I had to rinse twice.”
