Indian cricketer and Delhi Capitals (IPL) team opener Prithvi Shaw recently moved into his newly purchased house worth Rs 10.5 crore in Bandra, Mumbai. He took to social media to share a couple of pictures of his ‘slice of paradise’ and expressed his gratitude. He wrote, “Turning the key to my own place has a special ring to it! From dreaming about this moment to living it, the journey has been unreal. I am so grateful to have found my own slice of paradise! Let the good times roll!“
The 24-year-old cricketer opened the innings against Mumbai Indians on Sunday, April 7th, 2024 at the Wankhede Stadium. His effort gave his side, Delhi Capitals, a good start as he scored 66 runs off just 40 balls. Despite his impressive performance, Delhi Capitals lost the match by 29 runs to the home team led by Hardik Pandya. Currently at the bottom of the points table, Delhi Capitals will go head-to-head with KL Rahul’s Lucknow Giants at the Ekana Sports Stadium in Lucknow on April 12th, 2024.

Located on the eighth floor of 81 Aureate, a premium residential tower in Bandra, the house spreads across 2,209 square feet (carpet area) with an additional terrace of 1,654 square feet, according to an Economic Times report. The cricketer completed the transaction on April 8, 2022, by paying a stamp duty of Rs 52.50 lakh for the spacious 4-BHK property that comes with three car parking slots.
After almost two years since acquiring the property, Shaw has finally moved into his newly designed home. The house was designed by Thomas Parambil Architects and Veterans Interiors and includes modern features such as a terrace pool, floor-to-wall windows, wooden and marble flooring, light-coloured couches, modern furniture, and various accented pieces.
