He feels harassed by the Dems.
Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) took a swipe at the Democratic Party in its wake. A series of dramatic defeats on election day.
“It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party that has abandoned working-class people would find that the working class has abandoned them,” the Democratic Socialists said in a statement. Furious statement on X.
“First, it was the white working class, and now it’s also Latino and black workers. While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change. And they are right.”
Sanders rehashed his cliché about the rich “doing exceptionally well” amid tough economic conditions for the working class.
“We continue to spend billions of dollars in support of the extremist Netanyahu government’s all-out war against the Palestinian people,” he said. “Will the big money and well-paid consultants who control the Democratic Party learn any real lessons from this disastrous campaign?”
