“Both sides were informed about the eviction process and officials maintained peace,” officials said. Authorities did not confirm Kim and Kyle's alleged involvement in the incident.
TMZ also reported that the family has severed all contact with Kim for the time being, hoping the closure will help her get sober again.
According to the outlet, Kim was staying at a Hilton hotel in the L.A. area earlier this month when an incident occurred and Kyle was called. The “Halloween” actress reportedly found Kim intoxicated and refusing to leave despite being asked to.
