Yuvraj Singh reveals this popular actor would be the right choice for his biopic
Yuvraj Singh believes Ranbir Kapoor is the right choice to play him in a biopic: “I recently watched Animal and I think Ranbir Kapoor would be the right fit for my biopic,” according to Times of India. “But eventually, it’ll be the director’s call. We’re definitely working on it and will have some good news soon,” Yuvraj further confirmed the news of his biopic plans.
Animal’s blockbuster success
Animal – also starring Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri was released in December 2023, and in less than two months, has crossed the global box office collection of over a towering Rs 900 crore. It’s one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2023, only bested by Shah Rukh Khan starrers Jawan and Pathaan, and leaving behind the likes of Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 and Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. The blockbuster movie is also Ranbir Kapoor’s highest-grossing film to date.
A sequel to Animal was also unveiled at the end of the film under the Animal Park universe.
