Dave Grohl has refuted false reports about his life.
A now-deleted Instagram account called @valeriegreyston posted a photo of a baby girl named Roxy Junie Grohl and claimed that Roxy was Grohl's daughter whose father he was born out of an extramarital affair After cheating on his wife, Jordan Blum,
However, Grohl's rep told TMZ On Wednesday it was found that the viral post was fake.
The Post has contacted Grohl’s rep for comment.
The post, which has now been removed from IG, featured someone holding the hand of a newborn baby.
“My darling Roxy Junie Grohl, being your mom has been the most incredible experience of my life,” the caption began. “Every day, I fall more in love with you and this new role. Your daddy was by my side throughout my pregnancy, making sure we were both taken care of, and I am so grateful for his love and support.”
“As much as I want to share our joy with the world, I also need to protect our privacy right now,” the fake post further read. “I'm glad everyone knows about you because you're such a special part of my life.”
The caption also stated that the newborn resembles the Foo Fighters frontman.
“From the shape of your eyes to the way your little nose crinkles when you smile, you are totally Grohl. It's amazing how much of him is already reflected in you. Your father is so proud that you carry on the spirit of his family, and I can already tell you have the same strength and kindness,” it read.

“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness,” his statement added.

A representative for Grohl told the Post that Grohl had no additional comment at that time.
