The source also heard that the “My Hero” rocker and Nielsen — who is originally from Washington state, the birthplace of the grunge music that made Grohl famous — were spotted together at goth club Bar Sinister in Los Angeles.
A spokesman for Grohl did not respond to a request for comment Thursday about his relationship with Nielsen.
