A Sunday morning mass shooting at a block party on Detroit’s east side reportedly left two dead and 19 wounded — including the 22-year-old alleged shooter, who is in custody with a bullet wound of his own.
The unidentified suspect — who police say was shot in the left leg during the gun battle — reportedly opened fire at about 2:25 a.m. on Sunday around Reno Street and Rossini Drive, according to Click On Detroit.
Cops have not identified the victims yet.
But they told the outlet that a 20-year-old woman died at the scene after being shot in the head, and a 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital after being shot in the back.
All of the victims ranged from 17 to 28 years-old.
