Musk stressed the importance of working together with communities for better health.

“We have to teach people to eat better and teach communities to do this together,” he said.

“Because it’s hard when you have a community that likes to eat a lot of food and then you have to try to pull yourself back.”

“If you start on them, you can’t stop,” she said.

“And so I wouldn’t want to start with them.”

Musk said that instead of processed foods, she relies on healthy options like fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, cereals and whole wheat bread.

Musk has previously credited his “flexitarian diet” for helping him look and feel better.

The eating style has been described as one that prioritizes plant-based foods while consuming small amounts of meat. It is considered more “flexible” than vegetarianism.

“I eat very well,” Musk told Fox News Digital at the time.
