‘Emily in Paris’ star Ashley Park says topless scene was ‘every actor’s worst nightmare’



Ashley Park is speaking out on the “stressful” experience of filming topless scenes for “Emily in Paris.”

33-year-old Mindy Chen's character is an aspiring singer who embarks on a mission to raise funds for her band to compete at Eurovision in the fourth season of the hugely popular Netflix show.

In episode eight, she agrees to perform at the Crazy Horse, a Parisian cabaret known for its nude female dancers.

But Park wasn’t quick to say “oy” to what happened next. The former “Only Murders in the Building” star described the topless scene as “every actor’s worst nightmare.”

“What we remember over and over again was that we were on stage, we didn't know what we were doing, we were in our underwear,” Park confessed. People Tuesday. “And that's what I was living, really, but I had the most beautiful dancers in the world all around me.”

The 'Beef' actress also admitted that she had to struggle a lot to perform the scene.

Earlier this week, Park shared a photo of herself at the “Emily in Paris” season premiere in Rome and reflected on being a part of the show.
