Ingrid Martin-Lewis confirmed the resignation Sunday and told The Post she was retiring.
His resignation is effective immediately, and comes a month before he is expected to leave office.

Since Adams himself He was accused of accepting illegal donations and free gifts from wealthy foreigners – including Turkish officials – Martin-Lewis reportedly added to a list of New York government employees. Kathy Hochul demanded that he be removed from her administration.
