Dismissed cemetery workers hijacked a truck and vandalized the wild cemetery, cutting up 170 gravestones.

Three disgruntled cemetery workers in Tennessee who went on a rampage because they had just been axed climbed into a company truck and, in a sobering display of humanity, decapitated 170 graves.

The brutal massacre at New Park Cemetery in Memphis on Monday horrified owner Jeff Roberts, who jumped into his personal car to try to stop the trio — but not before they caused thousands of dollars of damage. WREG reported.

Roberts said he has alerted a monument supplier that he may have to place an emergency order – and has hired temporary staff to get all the graves in place by Christmas.

He did not say why the three employees were fired, but declined to press charges because he was “concerned that they could do more harm at this time.”

“We are reaching out to the families whose memorials need to be changed to let them know. “We are sorry this situation occurred and we extend our condolences to the affected families.”

Each headstone costs about $1,000.
