Flaming Lips drummer Steven Drozd’s 16-year-old daughter, Charlotte “Bowie” Drozd, is missing.
The Seattle Police Department shared a missing person alert on Sunday on X (formerly Twitter) with a photo and description of Charlotte.
The teen was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 5 on Broad Street, near the Space Needle and the Seattle Monorail.
At that time he was wearing khaki colored shorts and pink shoes.
Charlotte has long brown hair, brown eyes and stands between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 130 to 140 pounds.
The Seattle Police Department confirmed to The Post that Charlotte is an active missing person case. A missing persons detective is assigned to the case.
Drozd, 55, shared a post on x About his daughter.
“Our daughter Charlotte ‘Bowie’ Drozd has been missing since 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Seattle. Last seen on monorail. We welcome any information or help,” the drummer wrote.
Her bandmate, Wayne Coyne, also broke the news about Charlotte on Instagram.
“Urgent!!! Please help if you can!!! Steven’s daughter (she is 16 years old) is missing!!!” 63 year old musician wrote,
“She was last seen Saturday morning at the Space Needle…I will post more information as soon as I can,” Coyne said.
Drozd, 55, wrote in the comments, “Thanks Wayne for posting. We don’t know what to do.”
The post was also shared on The Flaming Lips’ Instagram page, as well as by other current and former members of the band, including Michael Ivins, Cliff Scurlock, Matthew Duckworth and Nicholas Leigh.
Many stars like Juliette Lewis, Jack Black and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea have also spread the word on their social media accounts.
The Post has contacted a representative for the band for comment.
Drozd previously shared an adorable Instagram photo of Charlotte on her 13th birthday in February 2021.
In the photo, the teen was wearing a Rolling Stones hoodie and a plaid skirt.
“My precious wild Lottie bird is 13 years old today!!! Love you, Charlotte Michelle ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Drozd wrote Homage To his daughter.

Coyne claimed at the band’s concert in Portland on Sunday that Smith died in a car accident, but the cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
The Flaming Lips were scheduled to perform Tuesday as their tour continued in Sacramento, California.
