Comedian and actor Dave CoulierThe actor, best known for playing Uncle Joey in the hit 90s sitcom Full House, has revealed he is struggling Stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphomaA type of blood cancer.
The beloved star revealed the news during an interview us today On the show, he told co-anchor Hoda Kotb that he was diagnosed five weeks ago.

Since then, Cullier has endured three surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy, joking: “I look like a baby bird now, but it’s definitely been a rollercoaster ride.”
Coulier, 64, said he was diagnosed with B cell lymphoma, an aggressive form of the disease.
The actor described how he first discovered a lump in his groin, which he described as feeling like a “golf ball”, prompting him to seek medical advice.
“The onset of this growing lymphoma in my groin area was pretty intense so I said ‘something’s not right, I have a golf ball here,'” he told Kotb.
“And so we biopsied it, we took it out, and they said ‘You know, we wish we had better news for you, but you have B cell lymphoma’.”
After doctors confirmed the diagnosis, they urged him to start chemotherapy immediately.
“When they said ‘cancer’, I was home alone,” Collier said, recalling how when he later broke the news to his wife, Melissa, she told him to stop joking.
After additional testing, Coulier received some relief – his bone marrow was clear, meaning the cancer had not spread widely, giving his chances of recovery more than 90 percent.
Despite the intensity of his treatment, Coulier remains upbeat.
He has completed one round of chemotherapy with a second round scheduled this week, and has even shaved his head to make his hockey helmet fit better and remain “aerodynamic on the ice.”
The actor and devoted hockey fan hopes to get complete remission by February.
Coulier said he continues to stay active and share his message of hope and resilience with his fans as they face a challenging road ahead.

Coulier is best known for playing Joey Gladstone on the ABC sitcom Full House from 1987 to late 1995 and then returned to the show for the Netflix sequel series Fuller House between 2016 and 2020.
