TV shows are continuing to ignite the rise of immersive experiences.
The latest live experience is Creep LA: Ghosts from CBS and Just Fit It Productions’ Creep LA, which is timed to coincide with the fourth season premiere of the CBS sitcom Ghosts. Held on select dates in October in two historic mansions in the West Adams area of Los Angeles, Creep LA: Ghosts follows the similar Creep LA Halloween event in 2021, which (per the press release) will “bring the lobby of Ghosts’ haunted Woodstone Bed & Breakfast to life with photo opportunities, show memorabilia and more. Ticket holders will then cross to the mansion on the ‘dark side’ of the street, where Creep LA will take them on a scare-filled journey exploring various ghost stories, different types of spirits and representations of the afterlife.”
“We’re excited to present a haunted house experience that brings the dead of Ghosts to life for fans this Halloween season,” said Mike Benson, president and chief marketing officer at CBS in a statement. “Thanks to our partnership with JFI Productions’ Creep LA team, we envision attendees smiling their way through Ghosts’ Woodstone Mansion-themed welcome experience before screaming their way through the immersive, scare-inducing neighboring mansion, for a night they’ll long remember.”

Debuting on October 7, 2021, Ghosts was an immediate hit on CBS in the Thursday 8:30 p.m. ET time period with almost full audience retention out of its Young Sheldon lead-in. The norm for any new network series in season one is erosion of approcimately 15 to 30 percent. This fall, Ghosts will follow the Young Sheldon spin-off, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.

Creep LA: Ghosts will be open to the public from Oct. 4-27 on select dates throughout the Halloween season. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Sept. 9 at www.CreepLA.com.
