Mark Robinson, the Republican candidate for governor, posted dozens of “gratuitously sexual” and racist comments on a pornography forum over the course of 16 years — including talk of his desire to own slaves and being a Peeping Tom — a staggering CNN Report It was revealed on Thursday.

Robinson shared his creepy thoughts on the message board of porn site Nude Africa from 2008 to 2012.

In October 2010, on a message board focused on black Republicans, he declared, “I'm a Black Nazi!” He also wrote that month, “Slavery isn't bad. Some people have to be slaves. I wish they'd bring it back. I'd definitely buy some.”

Participants in another forum on the site debated “whether to believe the story of a woman who said she was raped by a drunk taxi driver,” write CNN's Andrew Kazinsky and M. Steck. Robinson contributes: “And the moral of this story … don't fuck the white bitch!”

He called Muslims “little bastards”.

Robinson said he “peeped” on women showering at a public gym “for about an hour” when he was 14. “CNN is not publishing the graphic sexual details of Robinson’s story,” the outlet wrote.

And he shared his pornography preferences. “I love watching transgender on girl porn! It's so hot! It takes the man out and leaves the woman in!” Robinson wrote. “And yes, I'm a 'perv' too!”

CNN detailed how it established that Robertson had written the posts, which were written under a pseudonym.

The campaign of Robinson's opponent, Attorney General Josh Stein, “leaked the story to CNN and a local Raleigh news outlet, WRAL,” Sources said Carolina Journal.

On Thursday afternoon, shortly before CNN published the story, Robinson denounced the “news media” and his Democratic opponent in a video directly to the camera on TwitterHe called the allegations “obscene tabloid trash”.

Supreme Court Justice “Clarence Thomas once said he was the victim of high-tech lynching. Well, it looks like Mark Robinson has also been slain by a man who refuses to stand up at the podium and debate me on real issues,” he said, referring to himself in the third person.

“I want to assure you that the things you'll see in that story are not the words of Mark Robinson,” he said, vowing to stay in the race.

CNN will air a pre-recorded interview with Robinson on Thursday night.

One of his email addresses was registered on the Ashley Madison website, where married people can search for people willing to have affairs. Politico reported After CNN's story appeared online, he said an unnamed adviser to Robinson confirmed it was him. The politician has been married to Yolanda Hill Robinson since 1990.

Robinson, 56, is the state’s first African American in office and the first black candidate for a major party’s governor’s nomination.

When former President Donald Trump endorsed him at a March rally in Greensboro, he compared Robinson to an iconic civil rights leader. “I think you’re better than Martin Luther King. I think you’re twice as great as Martin Luther King,” Trump said. “Martin Luther King on steroids.”

Robinson was not a fan of King in October 2011 when he called him “worse than insects” and a “ho f–king fake” on Nude Africa.

Robinson's campaign has been plagued with scandals. Several employees of a Greensboro porn-video store this month He said the candidate was a regular customer of the establishment in the 1990s and early 2000s, which he denies. He identifies himself as a strong social conservative and has often talked about his journey to embrace Christianity.

The deadline to withdraw from the race is Thursday night, but even if Robinson does concede, his name will remain on the ballots because that deadline has passed. Ballots are sent to military and overseas voters by Friday, and other absentee ballots are mailed by Tuesday. Early voting begins Oct. 17.

Robinson campaign spokesman Mike Lonergan told The Post on Thursday, before the CNN story appeared, that any unflattering reports about his boss were “purely fictitious.”

The North Carolina Republican Party did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.

“Sources with direct knowledge” told Carolina Journal prior to CNN's release that “Robinson is under pressure from staff and members of the Trump campaign to withdraw from the governor's race due to the nature of the story.”

But a highly placed Trump campaign source told The Post, “It is not true that DJT or the campaign had any role in the removal of this request.”

One fellow Republican called on Robinson to step down even before the story ran. “As a proud Republican, I stand for hard work, fiscal responsibility and independence. But no one should feel obligated to support a candidate simply because of party affiliation,” said GOP state Senate candidate Scott Lassiter, who backed Robinson's opponent in the primary. “Wrong is still wrong, and if the recent allegations against Robinson are true, combined with his past public rhetoric, I think it's time for him to step down. North Carolinians deserve a viable alternative in this election.”

A Victory Insight Stein is leading in the poll released Thursday Robinson was up about 47% to 42% — 7% of respondents supported Trump but were undecided on Robinson.

Robinson has come under fire for controversial comments in the past. This year, he said, “I definitely want to go back to an America where women couldn't vote.”

“Because in those days we had people who fought for real social change. And they were called Republicans. And they're the reason women can vote today,” Robinson said at a gathering of Republican women. “We want to bring back the America where Republicans and principles and true ideas of freedom reigned.”

Despite a persistent push for both personal responsibility and fiscal responsibility in government, Robinson did not file taxes for five years and filed for bankruptcy three times. ABC News reported in AprilRobinson referenced his past financial struggles in his 2022 memoir.

Both the Harris and Trump camps are pushing hard in North Carolina, looking to secure the swing state's 16 electoral votes. Kamala Harris visited Charlotte and Greensboro after last week's debate, and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, was in Asheville on Tuesday.

Republican vice presidential nominee Ohio Senator J.D. Vance delivered a speech in Raleigh on Wednesday — without Robinson. Trump himself will hold a rally in Wilmington on Saturday.
