Gordon Ramsay scared everyone on the set of “Hell’s Kitchen,” according to former contestants who are speaking out about the fast-talking chef’s aggression on set.
Addressing what the atmosphere was like behind the scenes of the popular cooking competition show, several former stars – including winners Michael Ray and Ariel Malone – opened up about the intense atmosphere of the kitchen on Vice TV’s “Dark Side of Reality TV.” Told about.

The same could not be said for Ray, who recalled, “Gordon, he told me, ‘You never tell your employees they’re doing a good job. As soon as you tell them, that’s when they put in the effort. Let’s stop doing it.
Malone, who won Season 15, has the same viewpoint.
“When you’re in karate class, is your sensei a scoundrel or is he your teacher? It’s the same thing,” she shared.
23 seasons of “Hell’s Kitchen” have aired since its premiere in 2005. Ramsay has hosted the competition series – now on Fox – for the past 19 years. The show has spawned several franchised restaurants with the same name across the United States, including cities such as New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Washington, DC, and Atlantic City.

Ramsay previously talked about his on-screen persona, revealing that he is very different at home compared to TV.
