Shah Rukh Khan has been a close friend to the Ambanis for decades, and has known Anant Ambani from when he was a kid. In an old video of the duo from an Ambani-hosted event, according to Times of India, SRK was seen discussing first salaries with Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s youngest son.
The Jawan star initially revealed that his first salary was Rs 50. He then proceeded to ask Anant Ambani what his first salary was. Anant quipped back, “Rehne do, aapko sharam aajayegi.” (Leave it. You will get embarrassed.)
As for Shah Rukh Khan, according to News18, the superstar had revealed that in his earlier struggling days, he would sell movie tickets at cinemas for a meagre salary of Rs 50.
