He entered a very different arena than he’s used to.
WWE legend Hulk Hogan strutted onto the stage hours into the RNC’s final session — and minutes before Trump is set to address the GOP delegates.
“Well let me tell you something, brother,” Hogan began, invoking his famed wrestling catchphrase.
This is his first appearance at a political convention.
Hogan stood on stage waving an American flag as a montage of his Wrestlemania past plays on the jumbotron.
Hogan proudly ripped off his shirt on stage during his remarks, revealing a red Trump-Vance tank top.
The audience promptly exploded into thunderous applause.
“I didn’t come here as Hulk Hogan. But I just want to give you a taste,” Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea said.
“I’m here tonight because I want the world to know that Donald Trump is a real hero,” he added.
Hogan exited the stage praising all the “Trumpamaniacs in the audience.
“I’ve got the hardest job tonight — I have to follow Hulk Hogan,” quipped Franklin Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, named for his late father.
