Netflix’s long-running crime documentary series I Am a Killer has confirmed a global release date of January 8, 2025, with six brand new episodes set to be released.,
Since 2018, the documentary series has been regularly hitting our screens with 38 episodes, with Season 6 set to take it to 44. According to Netflix, “Convicted murderers recall and reflect on the crimes that destroyed lives and landed them in prison, from an alleged tribal feud to a deadly drug deal. The series has received rave reviews since its inception, with our friends at Ready Steady Cut consistently saying that it is both “chilling and mesmerizing,
It was first announced i am a killer Will return for a sixth season in March 2024 Advanced Television reported The series was given an additional two-season pickup order. Season 5 was released on October 16, 2024.
Who will be joining this season? Well, we’ve got information about several topics for this season, including:
- Episode 2 – Candy Dominguez – This Texan woman went on trial in 2018 for the 2014 murder of her cousin, which she did with her boyfriend. In a bid to take revenge after a drug deal gone bad, he lured his cousin to his house. report Description How she “dismembered her cousin’s body after she was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend.”
- Episode 4 – Terry Dunkin, Kimberly Dunkin, and Jerry Broyles – The trio consists of two brothers and a woman who were sentenced for murder back in 2007 For the death of a teenager, whom he beat to death with a baseball bat in a city park.
- Episode 5 – Leroy Schmitz – It was given to the prisoner 100 years in jail at the age of 42 For the murder of his wife 10 weeks earlier in 1999.
The series is produced by UK production company Transistor Films, which was founded by Danny Tipping.
The documentary has featured in the global top 10 in its first week of release since Season 3, although it is noticeable that viewership has declined over the course of the season.
