Insiders claim that Sean “Diddy” Combs rented a mansion for $25,000 for a party with his team – all bedroom doors were locked and the keys were given to the rapper.
New footage owned by Jason Hite, 54, shows a naked woman being eaten by a naked woman at P. Diddy’s party at the Parisian Palace in Las Vegas in 2014.
Jason worked as the resident manager at the 15,000-square-foot mansion between 2005 and 2017.
After appointing his business partner to film the programme, he also edited the video footage.
In April 2014, Jason claims that Diddy’s personal assistant contacted him saying he wanted to rent the venue for rapper Meek Mills’ birthday party.
They claim that Diddy’s team requested the rapper install two-way locks on the bedroom doors.
And left open for arriving guests – two sets of keys were to be given to Diddy, he claims.
The party took place on 3 May 2014 and Jason said that cocaine was used “extensively” with broken bottles and condom wrappers throughout the property.
Jason, a Las Vegas property manager, said: “I was contacted by telephone by his personal assistants.
“Mr. Combs wanted to rent the property on May 3, 2014 to hold a birthday party for rapper Meek Mills.
“He requested that all internal bedroom door locks be ordered new and left unlocked upon his arrival for security purposes as he would need to monitor the installation.
“And both keys were to be given directly to Mr. Combs, and no one else.”
Jason was told that Diddy wanted to host a birthday party for Meek Mills on May 3, 2014, the same night as the fight between Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana.
He said: “I was given a rough estimate of 850 guests for the mansion party and we agreed on a fee of $25,000 for 24 hours.
“Around 900 guests attended the party.
“P. Didi was ruined – they were all doing a lot of drugs.
“There was too much alcohol and everyone was really wasted.”
Jason said: “I advised them that I am the sole representative of the mansion and I will always be on the property because there are a million issues that could come up.
“I told them that I had a separate guest house at the back of the property and I would stay there until they called me and I agreed.
“I explained to them that the mansion was an old-fashioned house, which meant that all the bedroom doors were solid wood, with crystal door handles and solid brass mortise type locks with skeleton keys.
“This mansion cost $7.5 million to build – Diddy’s people said cost is not a factor so please add (the cost of the locks) to the venue fee.”
Jason also claims that he was told that Diddy would have an insurance policy to cover the mansion, its contents, and any “loss of life” resulting from the incident.
He said: “They said the policy mandated the use of smoke detectors in all areas of homes and guest houses, which I replied that we have.
“They said they would love brand new items and would send them to me. They will install them upon arrival.
“I said that the ceilings of the mansion are hand-painted by the artist Thomas Bisetti. It took him eight years to complete these.
“They said detectors would be temporarily added and removed after the incident. I agreed.”
Jason said the party ended around 3 o’clock
He claims people were eating sushi from a naked woman, “taking cocaine” and there were bottles everywhere and blood stains in some of the bedrooms.
Jason said: “I thought it was powdered sugar everywhere.
“I had about a half ounce in different bags left in the bedrooms.
“The next day the bedrooms were disgusting, broken wine bottles, used condoms, blood on the beds, hundreds of powders and razor blades, grease on the dressers, marble floors.
“I found discarded panties, bras, and even two iPhones in the bushes behind the bowling alley.”
Diddy’s management has been contacted for comment.
