A graduate who has held seven jobs, she is “addicted to being busy” and loves her busy lifestyle.
21-year-old Chloe Woodroffe currently works as a professional dance instructor, baker, influencer, barista, and babysitter, while she also goes on boat trip tours and works at Subway.
Chloe says she is happy with her busy schedule and doesn't plan to slow it down.
She earns about $2,362 a month from her various jobs, and often works at something seven days a week.
Chloe, from Derby, said: “Dance has always been my first love, and it’s where I feel most alive, but I also love having a busy schedule, I think it’s good to keep busy!”
Chloe graduated from Northern Ballet School in Manchester this July and her weekends are dedicated to both dance performances and teaching.
When she's not dancing, her time is divided between her new bakery business and various part-time jobs.
Chloe said: “Baking is a creative outlet for me, I love experimenting with new recipes and sharing them with others.”
Her mornings often start very early and she bakes cakes to order, then heads off for her shift at Subway or a nearby café — called the Boat Street Café.
Chloe says if it's a weekend she'll be taking dance lessons or babysitting.
“I do some baking before I start my shift. It's a bit of hard work, but I enjoy it,” says Chloe.
Chloe’s latest adventure involves renovating her newly-purchased narrowboat, which she bought in May for $9,841, and which she will soon be moving in from her parent’s narrowboat, where she currently lives.
“The renovation of the boat has been a huge project, it’s a lot of work, but it’s incredibly pleasing to see the progress,” he said.
Her parents are surprised by Chloe's busy schedule but also support her.
“They both think it's a bit crazy, but they're so proud of what I'm achieving,” Chloe said.
In addition to her business commitments and renovation endeavors, Chloe shares her life on TikTok and YouTube, where she documents everything from boat renovations to her daily activities.
“Social media is a way for me to connect with others and share my emotions,” he said.
“It’s exciting to see that people are engaging with my content and following my progress.”
Chloe's schedule varies from day to day, but she admits her days off are few, but that's how she likes it – and she even manages to find time to look after the kids sometimes.
“Today is actually my first day off in 12 days,” he said.
“It feels weird not having anything on the agenda, but it’s a welcome break.”
Chloe says one of the reasons she stays busy is that she likes having a “full to-do list.”
“It motivates me and gives me a sense of accomplishment,” he said.
Chloe aims to make her dancing and bakery business full-time ventures, as well as explore opportunities in acting and presenting.
“I want to push myself into new areas and move forward,” she said.
“I also want to travel around the world and share my experiences with my audience.”
Chloe aspires to give back to her community by opening a soup kitchen or foodbank in the future.
“Helping others has always been important to me — I want to make a positive impact and help those in need,” she said.
“It’s all about balance and finding the joy in what you do, I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and I’m excited about the future.”
