Jake E. Lee, a guitarist ozzy osbourneBadlands and the Red Dragon Cartel were shot multiple times in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday.
According to his representative, he is expected to make a full recovery.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Lee’s representative said, “As confirmed by management, legendary rock guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne, Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) died this morning at the Las Vegas, NV Street Shot several times.”
The statement further said, “Lee is fully conscious and doing well in the intensive care unit of a Las Vegas hospital.”
“He is expected to make a full recovery.”
The statement added, “Las Vegas authorities believe the shooting was completely random and occurred while Lee was taking his dog out for an early morning walk.”
“As the incident is subject to police investigation, no further comment will be made. Lee and his family appreciate your privacy being respected at this time.
