American actor and comedian Jamie Foxx has reportedly been the victim of a glass attack while celebrating his 57th birthday at a Beverly Hills restaurant.
tmz A witness was reported to have seen a glass thrown at Fox, cutting his face and mouth.
It is believed that the alleged incident erupted when a customer at another table displayed rude behavior towards Fox.

A witness claimed that Fox approached fellow patrons and asked them not to be rude in front of his family.
The glass was then allegedly thrown towards Fox’s face.
The outlet alleged that Fox required immediate medical attention and received stitches to his face to stop the bleeding.
A spokesperson for the star said, “Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass which hit him in the mouth.”
“He needed stitches and is recovering.
“Police were called, and the matter is now in the hands of law enforcement.”
Fox was having dinner with his former partner Kristin Grannis along with his daughters Corinne and Anneliese.
