Janet Jackson either knows something we don't, or she's just incredibly ignorant.
In a recent interview, Janet was asked about Kamala's legacy and she made some shocking claims.
“Well, you know what they said? … He's not black. That's what I heard. That he's Indian.”
The interviewer tried to correct Janet, and explain that the future president is both black and Indian, as his heritage is mixed.
Janet stood by her misinformation. The singer continued, “Her father is white. That's what I was told. I mean, I haven't watched the news in a couple of days… I was told they found out that her father was white.”
The interviewer explained to Janet that the people spreading misinformation are simply Trump-loving conspiracy theorists. But that didn't discourage Janet.
“I don't know,” Jackson whispers on stage. “Honestly, I don't want to answer that because I really don't know. I think whatever it is, it's going to be devastating.”
