Jay Z’s alleged son Rymir is hoping to team up with Tony Buzbee to bring a new lawsuit against Jay Z. Her deceased mother, whom Rymir says died when she was with Jay Z when she was underage.
Jay Z and Tony Buzbee are locked in a bitter legal battle. It all started last month, when Tony contacted Jay Z’s lawyers to request payment for a woman who claimed Jay Z raped her when she was just 13 years old.
Instead of paying Tony, Jay Z called Layer’s actions “extortion” and initiated a series of lawsuits – to try to get Tony and the lawsuit shut down.
Now that Tony and Jay Z are slinging dirt at each other publicly and through legal filings – A new player has emerged, and it could mean serious trouble for Jay Z.
Rymir Satterthwaite is now speaking out and claiming that Jay Z and his mother had an affair when his mother was “underage.” Rymir claims Jay-Z was 23 when he and 16-year-old Wanda Satterthwaite, who has now died, became parents.
The alleged relationship between Jay Z and Wanda took place in Pennsylvania, where the legal age of consent is 17.
Over the past 10 years, Rymir has filed several lawsuits against Jay Z, seeking to force Jay Z to take a paternity test. Jay Z’s legal team has denied paternity and has fought hard against Rymir. Jay Z also refused to take any such test.
Rymir has not been able to afford a good lawyer, and so Jay Z’s expensive legal team has consistently defeated him in court. Jay Z’s lawyers released a statement saying, “The allegations have previously been thoroughly reviewed by the courts and refuted.”
So here’s a little back story. In 2011, when Remir was a teenager, his mother contacted Jay Z through his legal team and told him that she suspected that Remir was Jay Z’s son.
Rymir’s then-conservator, Godmother Lily Conley, and Rymir began legal action against Jay-Z in 2012, a battle that lasted more than ten years and saw the pair embroiled in endless legal tussles with the rapper.
During that time, Rhymer stressed that Jay-Z’s legal team has made endless efforts Destroy the legal system to avoid a paternity test, which would destroy a 30 year old claims case forever.
But Jay Z’s lawyers kept winning in court. In fact, they recently got a judgment against Remir and his godmother. And we’re told that as a result of Jay Z’s legal team, they now have a lien on Rymir and his godmother’s home — which the courts are enforcing.
Now Rymir appears to have a potential ally – in Jay Z’s new arch-enemy Tony Buzbee.
After Jay Z made his statement against Tony Buzbee, Rhymer hit out at the statement, claiming that if Jay Z ‘valued the ideals of respecting and protecting children’ then he would have to stop refusing to acknowledge his paternity. Should be done.
‘Despite my efforts, Mr. Carter never wrote to me to address these claims – whether to deny or acknowledge paternity, or to address why his attorney committed this fraud,’ she added. Said.
‘If Mr. Carter values the ideals of respecting and protecting children, as he claims in his letter, then he should proceed with transparency. He keeps on dodging.
Rymir’s godmother was more clear in her statement. He said:
“Ryrnir and I remain steadfast in our fight, motivated by the belief that there are ethical lawyers and judges, like Attorney and Abate, who stand up for victims’ rights and uphold the principles of fairness. The mother of my granddaughter, Wanda Satterthwaite Rhyrnir, is one such victim.
His story is worth hearing, and his name should not be forgotten. Let’s all remember to say his name:
Wanda Satterthwaite.”
Media Take Out contacted attorney Tony Buzbee to see if he took on Rymir as a client. We have not received any response yet.
