Jennifer Aniston appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” During an appearance on the show, he addressed many of the strange stories written about him.
The 55-year-old “Friends” alum made a number of absurd headlines during a true or false game On Wednesday with Kimmel, the host presented him with a copy of the August edition of InTouch magazine.
On the cover, Aniston can be seen side-by-side with Barack Obama, in a caption titled, “The Truth About Jen and Barack.”
While the audience laughed at the outlet’s baseless claim that the actress had become close friends with the former president, Aniston called the story false.
“Of all the calls you get from your publicist you just say, ‘Oh no, what’s it going to be?’, or emails saying, ‘Some sleazy tabloid is going to make up a story’… and Then this is him. I wasn’t angry about it,” she quipped.
“This is absolutely false,” she clarified, adding that she had only met the 44th US president once, and actually “knows Michelle.” [Obama] More.”
Kimmel then read a series of headlines about the “Morning Show” star.
“Oh well, we’re going to dispel the rumors, I love it,” she said, when Kimmel read the claims.
Aniston dismissed rumors that she installed a “$4,000 anti-aging water filter” for her dogs in her home, and claims that she has a “black belt in jujitsu.”
However, she did clarify some other bizarre headlines that turned out to be true.
Among them, the actress admitted to enjoying salmon sperm facials, traveling abroad with a jar of olives and being approached for a selfie by a fan while posing naked in a sauna.
He was also asked if he actually had a “zip-loc bag” filled with “the ashes of a deceased doctor.”
“Can I make a request? [fifth]It’s a little true… I feel like I really need a therapist after this,” she shared.
Kimmel quipped, “It seems like you need something rough.”
Aniston previously spoke about carrying her late therapist’s ashes in an interview with GQ in 2012.
“I have my therapist[‘s ashes] in a bag. She treated me like a daughter, and I treated her like a mother. I went to his funeral. They divided it into little ziplock bags given out like party favors,” she told the outlet at the time.
Elsewhere, Kimmel asked if Aniston’s family would really “make her belly dance” in front of guests every Christmas Eve.
“No, just Christmas Eve,” she said. ,[It was] Like when you say to your child, ‘Let’s play the piano for everyone,’ or, ‘Let’s sing for everyone.'”
“I get very worried when my friends do this with their children, because I have internal trauma from performing and belly dancing for my Greek aunts, uncles and grandmothers. I understand,” she added.
