Jesse Williams is in court with his ex-wife Erin Drake-Lee again, accusing her of preventing him from seeing and speaking to their children.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Williams wants the court to give him a 50/50 custody split, and he says she only lets him stay over one or two nights during the school year.
The actor says that Erin blocks and interrupts his FaceTime calls with the kids and prevents the kids from attending activities he signs them up for. According to Williams, Erin even intentionally schedules holidays to disrupt his scheduled time with the kids.
The Grey's Anatomy star believes she is “causing drama and trying to ruin our children's experiences with me, which is far more important to Aaryn than their peace, health, and happiness.”
In 2022, the custody battle got worse when Aryana's child support payments were reduced from $40,000 a month to $6,000 … which made Aryana very angry.
At the time, Jesse said he struggled to find work that paid as much as the ABC drama. Earlier this year, he starred in the Broadway show Take Me Out but was only earning $1,600 a week. He told the court his ex-wife was an Ivy League graduate who previously earned six figures working as a real estate broker in California and New York.
