The first lady, who couldn’t help but laugh at the way the children greeted her seasonal greeting, replied, “Happy Christmas, yes.”
The video of Biden being corrected quickly went viral on social media, with most people praising the youth’s reaction.

In her remarks, the first lady told the children that if they “miss only one thing from the holidays” it should be that “you are loved.”
“There are so many people who care about you — from your family and friends, to your teachers and classmates, to the president and me,” Biden said. “And the best thing we can do with that love is to let it flow – share it with those who really need it.”
He concluded his remarks by saying, “Merry Christmas and happy holidays.”
