WASHINGTON — A Fulton County, Georgia judge struck down the state’s abortion ban on Monday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
According to the AJC, the judge, Robbie McBurney, issued an order stating that abortions should be regulated the same way they were before the state law took effect in 2022.
