Kate Winslet isn't holding back either.
The 48-year-old recently revealed she has improved her sex life with testosterone replacement therapy.
Winslet, who married husband Edward Abel Smith in 2012, offered advice to a listener The “How to Fail” Podcast On Friday, he was asked how he rediscovered his sexual desire.

Winslet encourages women who have noticed a drop in libido recently to get their testosterone levels checked, as she believes low sex drive can be a result of low testosterone levels.
“Sometimes women can have a very low libido because there might be something wrong with their thyroid,” he explains. “There might also be something wrong with their testosterone levels.”
While some may think this treatment is primarily for men, Winslet explained that this isn't the case.
“A lot of people don't know this, but women have testosterone in their bodies, when it runs out, just like the eggs, it runs out, and once it runs out you have to replace it and that's something that can be done and you'll feel sexy again,” Winslet confessed. “I know.”
The “Mayor of Easttown” star continued to offer guidance to the female caller, and suggested she get her “thyroid levels checked.”
“And it's good to have your testosterone levels checked because these things can have a direct impact on how you're really feeling,” Winslet added.
The Hollywood icon made it clear that women should not blame themselves for the changes in their lives.
“It's not your fault, our bodies are weird and they behave in weird ways, especially as we get older,” Winslet said. “So for you those hormonal levels might be dropping which is affecting your feelings about having sex with your boyfriend more than you think, so I would definitely go ahead and do it.”
Meanwhile, the British actress also believes women get 'sexier' as they age.
When asked how she feels about her body today, Winslet said: “I'm really happy with it – I think I look fabulous. We've just got to embrace it, that's the biggest thing.”
“I think as women get older they become more attractive and sexier and more embracing their own truth, more powerful, able to walk through the world and care less and that's an empowering thing,” Winslet told host Elizabeth Day. “I always say to my friends, 'You look amazing, you look great.'”
Winslet and Smith began dating in 2011 and married just a year later.
“He didn't plan on meeting and marrying a woman who is in the public eye and hence being judged so much,” he added. told the New York Times Describing her husband in 2021, she said, “He is a vegetarian, does yoga, breathing exercises and cold water swimming.”
