Kim Zolciak alleged that her ex-husband Kroy Biermann got physical with her during a heated argument in front of some of their children just one day before Thanksgiving.

Zolciak reportedly told officers he suffered injuries as a result of the alleged altercation, but refused to provide evidence of any physical injuries to first responders.

The former football player adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.
His two children spoke to authorities about the incident but were not named in the report.
According to one of the children, Zolciak fell down a ladder during the fight and landed on top of Berman. The other child said that Berman was the one who was initially removing the curtains, which upset Zolciak, who reportedly decided to take matters into his own hands and do the job himself.
While one child said he was not told what to say to officers and that Berman encouraged him to tell the truth, another claimed he did not see the fight but heard disagreements.
According to the report, no arrests were made because investigators could not determine which party was the “primary attacker”.
