“Joker: Folie a Deux” reached No. 1 on Friday with $20 million on its first day in theaters, according to the numbers,

“Transformers One” finished in fourth place with $1.37 million.

The psychological horror film “Speak No Evil”, which opened on September 13, finished fifth with $840,000.
