Laura Prepon has accused her ex-husband Ben Foster of “alcohol abuse” in their bitter divorce battle.
The pair – who married in 2018 – ended my 6 year marriage in September and are fighting for custody of their two children.

In the documents, the “That ’70s Show” actress expressed concerns about her children living with their father in his high-rise apartment complex, claiming that he often “drinks during the day” and that he allegedly had ” Has a long history of abuse”.
Prepon cited Foster’s alleged alcohol abuse as an example, claiming that after the birth of their daughter he became “so drunk” that he locked himself out of his New York apartment. She alleged that she found him sleeping on her doorstep in underwear.

Prepon said the flight attendant had allegedly bit her hand in the past and would often faint in front of her children. During a planned visit in October, Foster’s estranged wife claimed he smelled like alcohol.
The actress told the court that she is the primary caregiver, and claimed that Foster accused her of “creative sabotage” when she tried to discuss important topics with him.
Prepon is demanding that Foster be prohibited from consuming alcohol before and during visitation with the children — or that a supervisor be present during visitation.
