“There is footage with the balcony scene that is not being released to the media, where you see Liam become unconscious and tragically fall off the balcony where he is. If he had been near his bed he would have fallen on his bed,” Varela said.
“It’s not that he jumped intentionally. “This footage is in the official case files.”
Investigation of potential drug supplier

Prosecutors believe Payne was in a state of “semi or complete unconsciousness” during a substance-induced ‘psychotic episode’ when he collapsed.
Alberto Crescenti, head of the state emergency medical system, confirmed that Payne collapsed in an interior courtyard.
